Houthi Group, Ousted Saleh Prevent Prevailing of Peace, in Yemen, Continue their Coup Attempts -Yemeni President Says

Riyadh, 07 November 1437 H, August 10, 2016, SPA -- Yemeni President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi met here today, with the ambassadors of the United States and Britain to Yemen, Matthew H. Teller and Edmund Vinton, respectively.
During the meeting, they discussed a number of different issues, topics of common interest and relations of Yemen with both the United States and Britain.
According to the official Yemeni news agency, the Yemeni president stressed during the meeting that the coup in his country prevented achieving of peace, in Yemen. international community and the resolutions of international legitimacy and the most recent UN resolution 2216, and the Gulf imitative and mechanisms of the executive, and the outputs of the comprehensive national dialogue.
He pointed out that the continuation of the pro coup forces, in their actions and practices distracted the country and cracked the social fabric, through advocacy of unconstitutional factionalism and regionalism.
Hadi added that "inclining towards peace is the lifeline for the rebels who destroyed the country and shed innocent blood", praising at the same time the ambassadors of the United States and Britain's efforts, within the Group of 18, which supported security, stability and peace in Yemen.
For their part, the two ambassadors renewed their countries support for the legitimacy of President Hadi, steps to complete the appointments and aspirations of the Yemeni people, in building a new federal state.
