Niamey, Ramadan 15, 1438, June 10, 2017, SPA -- Niger had recalled its ambassador to Qatar in solidarity with Arab countries that have cut ties with Doha, as a result of latest developments in the GCC region.
The Government of Niger affirms its desire to express solidarity with Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Egypt, which decided a few days ago to cut off diplomatic relations with Qatar on charges of supporting terrorism," a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
