Singapore, Aug. 7, 2019, SPA -- The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has signed the United Nations agreement on mediation settlement agreement titled " Singapore Mediation Convention".
During the signing ceremony, which was held today in Singapore in participation of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is represented by Undersecretary of the Commerce and Investment for Policies and Systems Bader Al-Hadab.
The Kingdom comes at the forefront of the signatories to this international convention which is the first of its kind in the field of settling cross-border commercial disputes through mediation.
