Riyadh, Aug 20, 2021, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulation to Mr. Hakainde Hichilema on the occasion of his winning the presidential elections of the Republic of Zambia.
