Makkah, Mar 29, 2023, SPA -- The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, in cooperation with Umm Al-Qura University, held the “Your Volunteerism is Life” program, with the participation of more than 70 beneficiaries.
The program is part of the Volunteer Initiative, where volunteers serve pilgrims during Ramadan.
The program focuses on the humanitarian aspect of volunteering, altruism, and charity, examples of volunteering throughout history, the volunteering culture in Makkah, women's volunteer work, models of volunteer work, and the development of human cadres.
